Our Mission: To “Motivate, Educate, & Inspire” individuals and communities to reduce stigma surrounding mental health and substance use disorders.

In addition to providing individual therapy, ECH remains committed and actively engaged in raising public awareness and continues to actively motivate, educate & inspire local communities to assist in the destigmatization of mental illness and substance use disorders.
ECH specializes in the treatment of substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health disorders, and first responders trauma counseling.
ECH serves individuals in Massachusetts, Maine, and New Hampshire. Telehealth services include Substance Use Therapy, First Responders Trauma Therapy, and Substance Use Evaluations. We are dedicated to providing our clients with a variety of therapeutic options and resources to ensure consistent individualized person centered treatment.
